"My husband had his hearing evaluated today and the whole process was extremely easy and efficient. The staff were friendly and our wait time was minimal. The audiologist was friendly and funny and very easy going. She performed the hearing eval and explained it to us with graphs and helped us select the correct aid for my husband. We will pick up the hearing aid in about a week. So far we are completely satisfied."
