Justin Henley
Owner & Director of Operations
Justin comes to Harbor Audiology & Hearing Services Inc. with nearly 20 years of leadership in healthcare, retail, and restaurant management. Educated at WGU, he earned his bachelor’s degree in business management. His social and analytical nature makes him adept at implementing your suggestions and feedback into our practice. Connecting with nature is one of his passions, which he does through activities like river rafting and hiking. He hopes to one day visit all 50 states and is almost halfway there. He loves history, comedies, football, sampling various cuisines and reading fantasy/detective novels like Jim Butcher’s Dresden Files. His favorite part of this job is, “helping people connect with friends and family.”
Molly L. Porter, Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA
Doctor of Audiology
Director of Audiology
Dr. Porter is a native of the pacific northwest, and was born and raised in Gig Harbor, WA. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from University of Washington, and a Doctoral degree in Audiology from Arizona State University. She joined Harbor Audiology in 2016 as an Audiologist and now serves as the Director of Audiology overseeing the clinical operations. She works with the providers at Harbor Audiology to ensure each patient that walks through our door receives Best Practices in Audiology, as well as outstanding patient care.
Dr. Porter realized her passion for hearing during her first hearing science class at University of Washington. She knew then and there that she needed to help people hear and she never looked back. She is dedicated to providing excellent patient care and spreading awareness on the importance of hearing health. She celebrates with her patients when they regain their vital sense of hearing and, more importantly, their connection with the world around them.
She and her husband love living in the PNW and take every opportunity to enjoy the beauty around them. She has two young boys who keeps her busy. When she gets the occasional quiet moment, she loves to cuddle up with a good book and cook a fabulous meal to share with her family.
Hayden Bruce, Au.D., CCC-A
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Bruce joined Harbor Audiology in 2019. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences, and a Doctoral degree in Audiology from the University of Northern Colorado. She is originally from Colorado, but is excited to be living in the Pacific Northwest and working at Harbor Audiology. Dr. Bruce is dedicated to the field of audiology and strives to improve the lives of patients and families through better hearing health care. She is a member of the Audiology Speech Language Hearing Association, and holds a certificate in Animal Audiology where she has spent time testing both dogs and horses. In her spare time, Dr. Bruce enjoys spending time with family, skiing, rooting for the Broncos, and finding new trails to hike with her Australian Shepherd, Peyton Manning.
Rebecca Vajda, Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Vajda joined Harbor Audiology in June of 2020. She received her Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Purdue University, as well as her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Louisville. Dr. Vajda is originally from Indiana but is excited to begin her career in the Pacific Northwest. She has clinical experiences in a wide array of settings, but she especially loves the private practice setting since she can spend the time needed with her patients to ensure they feel comfortable with their hearing healthcare and ultimately improve their overall quality of life. In her free time, Dr. Vajda loves reading, baking sweet treats, and painting.
Lily Novak, Au.D, CCC-A, FAAA
Doctor of Audiology
Lily received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Psychology from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, where she continued into NU’s Doctor of Audiology program. After growing up and attending college and graduate school in the Midwest, she was ready to see a new part of the country and has happily landed in the PNW. She is fascinated by the intricacy of the ear, the role of the brain in hearing and balance, and the way that evolving technology can help keep us connected to the hearing world. At Harbor Audiology, she enjoys getting to know her patients and working together to find the best solution for their hearing and balance needs. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the area, hiking, and watching college softball.
Jamie Song, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Song joined Harbor Audiology in June 2022. She received her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences at the University of Washington and Clinical Doctorate in Audiology at Western Washington University. Being a native to the Pacific Northwest, she is overjoyed to be serving her local community at Harbor Audiology. Dr. Song’s philosophy is to ensure her patients and their families are educated, comfortable, and empowered with their hearing health. She is dedicated to guiding patients in reconnecting with conversations around them and helping to improve their quality of life. In her free time, she enjoys playing video games, exploring different cuisines, and cuddling with her cat, Eula.
Sherri Rogers, BC-HIS, COHC
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Sherri joined Harbor Audiology in June of 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC and a Certificate of Completion from the Hearing Aid Specialist Training program through the Washington Hearing Society. With over 10 years of hearing health care experience, license as a Hearing Aid Specialist and certification in Occupational Hearing Conservation, she is passionate about helping people stay engaged with the world around them and considers it a privilege to be a part of someone’s hearing healthcare. She was born and raised in South Carolina but moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1996 with her husband who was serving in the United States Navy. When not at work, Sherri enjoys spending time with her family, running and cooking.
Ronda Carlson, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Ronda joined Harbor Audiology in January of 2020. She holds an Associates of Technology degree specializing in Hearing Aid Fitting and Dispensing, licensed by the State of Washington as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. She has been in the Hearing Health field for over 17 years and has been able to help an uncountable amount of people in their hearing.
Ronda’s desire to improve the quality of life that comes with the ability to hear was first instilled as a child when her mother suffered from a severe hearing loss that went misdiagnosed and improperly treated for years. She is passionate about hearing healthcare and being a part of educating her patients and their families about hearing loss and hearing instruments that can assist to restore that loss so that people can reconnect to their family and friends.
She was born and raised here in the Pacific Northwest where she has raised her family as well. On her off time, her greatest enjoyment comes from spending time with her family, camping, off-road recreation, and reading.
