Laura Day-Moran, Au.D., FAAA, CH-TM
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Day-Moran has practiced Audiology since 1987 and has owned Harbor Audiology since 1998. Laura earned her Master’s in Audiology from Western Washington University and her Doctorate from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. Laura is also a proud Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a Certificate Holder in Tinnitus Management through the American Board of Audiology. She truly loves the audiology profession and enjoys getting to know her patients and their families; particularly improving their communication and quality of life. Dr. Day-Moran has two grown children. In her spare time, she likes to garden, read, and travel. She participates in mission trips in Mexico, Fiji, and Guatemala.
Molly L. Porter, Au.D., CCC-A
Director of Audiology
Dr. Porter joined Harbor Audiology in 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from University of Washington, and a Doctoral degree in Audiology from Arizona State University. She is a native of the pacific northwest, and was born and raised in Gig Harbor, WA. Dr. Porter loves working at Harbor Audiology because it allows her to give back to her community. She is dedicated to providing excellent patient care and spreading awareness and education in the field of hearing healthcare. In her time off Dr. Porter enjoys hiking, biking, backpacking, and everything else the pacific northwest has to offer.
Director of Operations
Justin comes to us with nearly 20 years of leadership in healthcare, retail, and restaurant management. Educated at WGU, he earned his bachelor’s degree in business management. His social and analytical nature makes him adept at implementing your suggestions and feedback into our practice. Connecting with nature is one of his passions, which he does through activities like river rafting and hiking. He hopes to one day visit all 50 states and is almost halfway there. He loves history, comedies, football, sampling various cuisines and reading fantasy/detective novels like Jim Butcher’s Dresden Files. His favorite part of this job is, “helping people connect with friends and family.”
Hayden Bruce, Au.D., CCC-A
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Bruce joined Harbor Audiology in 2019. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences, and a Doctoral degree in Audiology from the University of Northern Colorado. She is originally from Colorado, but is excited to be living in the Pacific Northwest and working at Harbor Audiology. Dr. Bruce is dedicated to the field of audiology and strives to improve the lives of patients and families through better hearing health care. She is a member of the Audiology Speech Language Hearing Association, and holds a certificate in Animal Audiology where she has spent time testing both dogs and horses. In her spare time, Dr. Bruce enjoys spending time with family, skiing, rooting for the Broncos, and finding new trails to hike with her Australian Shepherd, Peyton Manning.
Megan Carter, AuD, CCC-A
Dr. Carter joined Harbor Audiology in April of 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Butler University in Indianapolis, and a Doctoral degree in Audiology from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Originally from Ohio, Dr. Carter has lived in Wenatchee since 2014 and considers Wenatchee home. Dr. Carter was an Audiologist at the former Eye & Ear Clinic of Wenatchee, as well as Confluence Health, before joining the team at Harbor Audiology as the primary Audiologist at Better Hearing Clinic. She is passionate about helping her patients improve their quality of life by increasing their access to the sounds around them. In her spare time, Dr. Carter enjoys the outdoors, reading and playing cribbage with friends.
Yeasel Chae, 채예슬, Au.D., CCC-A
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Chae joined Harbor Audiology in 2019. She received her Doctorate of Audiology from Wichita State University. She is a member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. She was born in South Korea but moved to Washington State when she was 10 years old. She is bilingual speaking Korean and English fluently. She has experiences in private clinic settings, hospital settings, school settings, and VA C&P exam settings. She has extensive experience in working with patients and families to help assist and treat hearing loss and tinnitus. Her other interests include travel, mission trips, and working in the yard.

Sherri Rogers, HAS, COHC
Hearing Aid Specialist
Sherri joined Harbor Audiology in June of 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC and a Certificate of Completion from the Hearing Aid Specialist Training program through the Washington Hearing Society. With nearly 10 years of hearing health care experience, license as a Hearing Aid Specialist and certification in Occupational Hearing Conservation, she is passionate about helping people stay engaged with the world around them and considers it a privilege to be a part of someone’s hearing healthcare. She was born and raised in South Carolina but moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1996 with her husband who was serving in the United States Navy. When not at work, Sherri enjoys spending time with her family, running and cooking.
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Ronda joined Harbor Audiology in January of 2020. She holds an Associates of Technology degree specializing in Hearing Aid Fitting and Dispensing, licensed by the State of Washington as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. She has been in the Hearing Health field for over 17 years and has been able to help an uncountable amount of people in their hearing.
Ronda’s desire to improve the quality of life that comes with the ability to hear was first instilled as a child when her mother suffered from a severe hearing loss that went misdiagnosed and improperly treated for years. She is passionate about hearing healthcare and being a part of educating her patients and their families about hearing loss and hearing instruments that can assist to restore that loss so that people can reconnect to their family and friends.
She was born and raised here in the Pacific Northwest where she has raised her family as well. On her off time, her greatest enjoyment comes from spending time with her family, camping, off-road recreation, and reading.
Patient Care Coordinator
Lisa joined Harbor Audiology in July of 2019. She comes with 18 years of Management and Sales experience as well as working in Private practice, MRI, and hospital atmospheres. She has an AA in Business and graduated from Santa Barbara Business College in Medical Office Systems. She made her way to the PNW in 1997 where her and her husband happily live with their 16 year old son. If she is not running around to all of her son’s soccer and school functions, you can find her doing DIY projects, spending time outdoors, and reading.
Digital Systems Manager
Kristine Titus joined Harbor Audiology in 2019. She holds a bachelors in English and a Masters in Teaching. She taught middle school English and History for 4 years before deciding to spend some time home with her, now 5 and 3 year old daughters. Harbor’s friendly and exciting community drew her back into the workplace where she utilizes her skills of communication and education to help patients understand the entire hearing health process. Outside of Harbor’s office, Kristine enjoys playing table top and board games with her friends and family.

Kimberly Robinson joined Harbor Audiology at the end of 2016 and is excited to bring her 16 years experience in medical customer service to the team. She enjoys helping and working with patients to understand, and feel comfortable with, the hearing health process. When she is not at the office she can be found spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors and capturing the beauty of our area through photography.

Briauna Luchte recently joined the Harbor Audiology team in October of 2018. Briauna graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Business Administration in May of 2018 from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. She is a Pacific Northwest native and in her free time she enjoys hiking, photography, and spending time with her friends and family.

Gretchen joined Harbor Audiology in July from Olympic Hearing Center. She is happy to continue taking care of those patients here at Harbor Audiology. She has 7 years of experience in medical customer service. In her spare time, she loves to read and spend time with her 3 daughters.
Patient Outreach & Scheduling Coordinator
Natalie moved to the Pacific Northwest from Utah 3 years ago for a change of scenery. It was always a dream of hers to live near the ocean. She has been working in the insurance and hearing health sector for the past few years. Recently, she welcomed a sweet baby girl named Alpha who she loves spending time with outside of helping patients with their hearing needs. Natalie is passionate about, and grateful for, the opportunity to help improve lives through assisting individuals to hear the sounds that deserve to be heard everyday.
Lead Office Manager
Rachel joined Harbor Audiology in November of 2018. She brings to the practice over 18 years of management, leadership and customer service experience. Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a Certification in Human Resources. She enjoys the challenges the Hearing Health Care sector brings. Rachel recently graduated with an Audiology Assistant Certification and loves the patient outreach programs Harbor Audiology provides to our local retirement communities. When not at work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, reading, travelling, outdoor activities, and going to football games to cheer on the Seahawks.
Tacoma Office Manager
Pamela has been with Harbor Audiology since November 2019, she comes to us with nearly 20 years of customer service and office management experience. She strives to brighten the day of everyone she meets and brings her warming energy to the Tacoma office. Outside of the office she enjoys preparing fun new meals with her family. She is an avid reader, and has read 160 books in the last 3 years if you are looking for a recommendation for your next book she’s the girl to ask! She also enjoys spoiling her cat Larry with new toys, treats, and lots of snuggles.
Hunter joined the team in February of 2021 and comes to us with 18 years in retail management, focused on leadership and team development. Hunter strives to go above and beyond, making sure that each patient finds the right hearing solution for their lifestyle. Hunter loves that patient care at Harbor means reconnecting patients with friends and loved ones. In his off time, Hunter enjoys exploring the vast wonders of what the PNW has to offer such as hiking, white water rafting and beach-combing.
Patient Care Coordinator
Crystal joined our Harbor Audiology team in 2019. She has been in customer service for more than 15 years, with over six of them focused in the field of Hearing Care. Being a hearing aid wearer herself, hearing health has become a passion. “Being unable to hear creates a disconnect with friends, family, and the world around you. I want patients and their families to understand hearing loss and how it affects so much more than just conversation.” Crystal works hard every day to make care as simple as possible for our patients She strives to have everyone she comes across leave with a smile. Crystal and her husband Treven have two boys, Tegun and Tucker, that fill her free time with sports but when she can, she loves to get away to the outdoors.

Rayna Kim joined Harbor Audiology & Hearing Services in March 2020 as a Patient Care Coordinator. She enjoys helping people and finds great joy in assisting them with all of their hearing needs, always with a smile. Originally born and raised in Korea, Rayna moved to Washington at the age of 11. As a result, she speaks both Korean and English. When she is not working, she enjoys cooking and re-creating her favorite restaurant recipes as well as watching movies, and she especially loves to knit in the wintertime.
Rebecca Vajda, Au.D., F-AAA
Dr. Vajda joined Harbor Audiology in June of 2020. She received her Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Purdue University as well as her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Louisville. Dr. Vajda is originally from Indiana but is excited to begin her career in the Pacific Northwest. She has clinical experiences in a wide array of settings, but she has fallen in love with the private practice setting. She always strives to help her patients feel comfortable with their hearing healthcare and to ultimately improve their overall quality of life. In her free time, Dr. Vajda loves reading, baking sweet treats, and painting.
Patient Care Coordinator
Natalie joined the Harbor Audiology team in the summer of 2019. She is a high school senior that participates in the Running Start Program. She will be graduating in June of 2021 with her high school diploma and an AA. After that she plans on attending college to further her education. In her free time, Natalie likes to drive, spend time with her friends, shop, and read.
Nancy joined Harbor Audiology in August of 2020, as our Billing Specialist. She comes to us with over 35 years of medical billing experience, including 24 years working for a spine surgeon, and 8 years in chiropractic. She truly enjoys the process medical claims and billing and is happy to assist our patients with their billing needs. Nancy grew up as an army brat spending much of her childhood oversees including her mother’s homeland of Berlin, Germany. Outside of work Nancy lives on a farm where she raises Black Angus cattle, as well as a flock of chickens. She has two grown children, and two adorable grandchildren that she relishes in spending her weekends with.

Alexis Koliada joined the Harbor Audiology team in November of 2020. Alexis graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration in December of 2018 from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. She recently moved to the Pacific Northwest from Upstate New York and is enjoying all that the new area has to offer. In her free time she enjoys hiking, arts and crafts, and spending time with her friends and family.
