"At the height of the covid scramble, I was surprised when Kim answered my call "live and in person"! She was a delight to banter with and made the exchange of my faulty aid immediately, while I waited. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience! "

"Just a note to recognize Isha Ranada office Manager /Silverdale for her wonderful help when I needed my hearing aids cleaned...this was a drop in appointment in early Mar 2020. Isha greeted me by my first name(I don't know how she could have memorized my name since I only met her one other time)and she immediately orchestrated the successful cleaning of my aids in short order despite serving two other customers at the same time . Impressive is not strong enough a word to describe her effort! I also want to single out as a key part of the obvious team approach to their service, the great effort of " the girl from Charleston with the charming southern accent(I am so sorry because I should know her name by now).She actually did the cleaning and both are just a joy to work with as they both get the idea of world class service. "I am 62 years old and have my hearing aids for a little over 2 years now. I had been having difficulty hearing for quite awhile prior to that, but was basically in denial and too proud to admit I had a hearing problem. However, it got to the point where I was missing or mishearing much of what my family and friends were saying. I was "nodding" at things that were said, without really understanding what they had said. I realized I couldn't go on this way. Fast forward to now, I cannot adequately express how much of a difference getting hearing aids from Dr. Laura Moran has made in my life. I am now able to participate in conversations, wholly engaged now and I am so grateful for truly being able to hear again! Thank you. "
