The Good Outweighs the Bad
"My initial hearing test and review with a hearing aid specialist was an unpleasant experience. It was like she was anxious to finish and would often talk down to me. I noted the price difference between the Advanced and Premium hearing aides and asked what the difference was. Her answer was, "The Premium are better". I somewhat reluctantly ordered hearing aides and have since been very happy with the help I get from the Audiology Resident who adjusted my devices and taught me how to use them. She is knowledgable, patient and answers all of my questions."
