"The session for my consultation was achieved on the same day I received my written authorization. It consisted of a full range of hearing tests to address the problem I was having with my left hearing aid. When I left, I was well satisfied that my hearing aids were balanced. I had a much better experience with them than when I walked in the door. This is consistent which with each of my previous visits to Harbor audiology."

"Very positive experience. Will certainly trust them with all my hearing needs. The whole staff is professional as well as personable. Hearing aids with soft inserts are so comfortable compared to the hard inserts I've worn for years. These aids feel so light that I don't race home to take them out. They are easy to wear all day long actually."
