"They are very pleasant people to work with. Fer sure. Patient and thorough with explanations of the assessment, the options, the recommendations, the equipment.__The devices arrived. Then came the fitting .... "thorough" first comes to mind. There is a LOT to these new devices and Ronda was incredibly thorough and patient in making the programming adjustments, validating the settings with a Real Ear Test, and familiarizing me with all the device features.They use a checklist to assure they don't miss some portion of the process. I walked away with new devices AND a good understanding of how to best use them. Was also provided with documentation, contact information for ongoing help, and a follow-on appointment to track progress and fine tune.__2 thumbs up. A quality practice with quality practices. Great people."
