"Took an elderly friend to Harbor Audiology. He hadn't had hearing aids in quite awhile. They took great care of him and kept me informed of the next steps needed to reach his path to hearing everyday life and everyday noises. He was grateful for the care and friendliness of each and every employee. After we left he commented on how nice everyone was and how comfortable he felt being in their care. I was grateful to have found them."

"I enjoyed the whole experience. Appointment was available within days. They have been in business for 20+ years but only 2 years on Bainbridge Island. It should not be kept a secret any longer. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Sherri, the audiologist is professional and easy to talk to. She explained the tests beforehand. After all the tests she defined my hearing problems in layman terms, knew my insurance coverage, recommended special hearing aids for my problems, ordered them and they arrived in her office in less than a week. In addition, she sent an email with the audiotests results and a clear explanation of what they mean. I am very impressed and highly recommend Harbor Audiology."
